Volunteering

ASPRS

I work with the Young Professional's Council of ASPRS as the Mentor Program Coordinator. I have edited a few Glossary of Mapping Sciences terms and I am starting to work with the Electronic Communications Committee. Occasionally I moonlight on the Data Preservation and Archiving Committee.

URISA

I was on the Vanguard Cabinet from January 2012 to January 2014, and then the Vanguard Cabinet Steering Committee from January 2014 to January 2015. I help with the Vanguard Cabinet Outreach and Mentoring committee. I am also active in the advocacy, education, and proffesional practice divisions.
